What is the course schedule?
This workshop is designed to be educational, experiential, and supportive.

Classes will begin with a short arriving practice, nervous system education, vagal toning practices as a group, integration time and question and answer time.
Do I need prior experience with nervous system work?
No, everything will be explained clearly and simply.
Is this considered therapy?
No. This is an educational workshop that teaches nervous system regulation tools.
